Payment Options - Payment In Full is required before any artwork will be shipped.

The TOTAL sale price, including shipping, insurance, and taxes/duties, will be given to the buyer when the sale is confirmed.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars at current exchange rates.

1. Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cashier's check or money order are accepted.

2. Personal or Business checks are accepted, however there will be a delay as the check clears.

3. 10 day inspection period - Buyers have the option of inspecting the artwork before the purchase is finalized. A 5% restocking fee will be assessed for any returned artwork

  1. Special arrangements will be made for artwork commissioned from the artists, typically requiring a non-refundable deposit, with the balance due upon completion.

Confirmation of the order...

An agreement for the purchase of artwork will not be finalized until confirmation of the sale is given by Ron Stephenson's Art Studio and Gallery, pending availability of the artwork.

Ron Stephenson's Art Studio and Gallery will check the art work's availability, calculate shipping and insurance costs, and contact you within 48 hours with the status of your order.
